We know that ordering online, you are unable to match our fabric to your new purse or feel the quality with your hand, but we are sure you will just love our fabrics. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your fabric, we will accept for return any fabric that is in saleable condition - the fabric has not been washed, cut, soiled, used or smells (such as of cigarette smoke). If your return involves a Special Assortment Pack, ALL fabric included in the pack MUST be returned for credit. Returns will be accepted up to four weeks from the shipping date.

Prior to return you MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns will NOT be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Email us at returns@gotfabric.com with:

  1. Order Number
  2. Name
  3. Product number(s)
  4. Quantity to be returned
  5. Brief description of the problem

We will then email you back a Return Authorization Number and instructions. You must note the RAN number on your return package.

In order to keep our prices low, we reserve the right to refuse returns from those who abuse our return policy. Return policy is subject to change without notice.
