Ordering
Order verification
As soon as you place your order online, you will receive an email confirmation that your order was placed. Once your order is received, it is manually verified before shipping.
If you need to be informed if any item is sold out or short, or if you order is subject to overweight shipping charges, indicate this during your checkout. You may also reply to your order confirmation email immediately. Be sure we have your correct email address and phone number on your order form. If you have requested this service and the need arises, we will contact you by email. Your phone number is only used should we need to get in touch with you concerning your order and are unable to contact you by email. You have three days to reply to us concerning orders with short or sold out items, as well as orders with overweight shipping charges. If we do not hear back from you we will ship your order as is. If you indicated rush delivery (2-Day Shipping), we need to hear back from you within one day.
Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee that an item ordered is in stock in the quantity you have ordered. Although we make every effort to update our catalog daily, some prints are very popular and sell out quickly or all at once. Most fabric prints are only printed once, and once we are sold out they are no longer available. Be sure to order all you need as the fabric you like may NOT be available when you try to re-order.
Minimum order
A minimum cut of one yard per selection of measured goods is required. Most prints are not re-printed, and many sell out very quickly. Be sure to order all you need since more yardage of the same print is not likely to be available in the future.
Partial yards
Sorry, but our online store system will only recongize full numbers so we are only able to take orders for whole yards.
Continuous yards vs one-yard pieces
Unless otherwise indicated we cut continuous yards. Noteable exceptions include assortment packs, where cuts of yards will be indicated in product description, and cases where order is for yardage greater than bolt size (eg. order for 20 yards of fabric that comes on 15 yard bolts). Contact us if you are concerned a fabric will be sent in more than one piece.
Out of stock selections
Due to high demand of particular fabrics, there may be a chance that you place an order of a fabric that is out of stock. If this occurs, we will contact you by email so be sure we have your correct email address on your order form. We understand that there are instances when you cannot use particular fabrics unless the order is complete. You must notify us by email if you need to know if items you ordered are sold out or short. We will give you three days from the time we contact you to let us know if you'd like to replace the fabric which is out of stock or short. If we do not hear from you within this time, we will make necessary adjustments to the order charges and ship the order as is.
All orders are verified before your credit card is charged. Your credit card is not charged until after your order has been shipped.

Wholesale prices
We offer wholesale prices. Email us for a wholesale application. We offer special pricing for professional crafters who do not qualify for a wholesale account. We also have a special club for Hula Halau called our Kumu Klub. Email us for details.
Ordering off-line
We strongly suggest you place your order online, even if you do not wish to pay online. Your name and address entered during the secure ordering process is encrypted using the strongest encryption technology available, and is only used to process orders. Your personal information is not visible or accessible to anyone for any other reason.
Use our online order form and choose FAX as your payment method. Then fax us the payment information at 808-935-4276, or call us with the payment information at 808-961-2113 ( Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm Hawaii Standard Time, or leave secure message 24 hours per day). Be sure to have your order number when you fax or call.
If you feel uneasy ordering online, or are unable to do so, follow the steps below:

- Your Name
- Your Email address
- Phone Number
- Shipping and Billing Address
- Product Number(s)
- Product Code and description of product, including color, size and any other details
- Quantity or number of yards for measured goods (one yard minimum per cut on measured goods, whole yards only).
- We will contact you by email to verify your order, and the total cost of your purchase, including cost of product selections, shipping and handling, and any applicable tax. At this time we will need Payment information from you.

If you prefer we can call you. Email us your phone number, time zone, and the best time to call. Please note that WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING ANY PAYMENT INFORMATION VIA EMAIL. - Once payment information has been verified we will ship your order as soon as possible to your shipping address.

We have done everything possible to ensure that your order is secure. All orders are encrypted, using a transaction specific encryption key. Your credit card transactions are protected by the strongest encryption protocol in the industry.
